{more episodes means more books}

So I watched the four new episodes of Gilmore Girls.  Twice.  Don’t judge me.

I enjoyed them!  They aren’t the same as the old ones; but still good.  I was left wanting there to be more.  I know it was six hours; but is there really such thing as enough when it comes to the Gilmore girls?

I especially wanted more after those infamous last four words!  {not going to spoil it}

My aim is not to spoil anything, so I won’t mention how these new books are referenced or who made the references.  However, if you don’t even want to know what books are mentioned in the four seasons of Gilmore Girls then I suggest you read no further.

***  are you still with me?!  ***

Ok, so I cannot guarantee that I have them all.  If you know of one {or more} that I missed please comment below! Preferably with minimal spoilers.

There they are. A mere six more.  Don’t be fooled, there were others referenced.  Repeated books are mentioned like Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina or Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.  There were also new authors referenced; but no specific works of theirs.  Writers like Aeschylus, John McPhee, and Edith Wharton.  So, if you so choose, you could pick works from these authors to add to the list as well.  Although, I did notice some of these authors have works on the list from the original seasons.

So let’s get reading!
