{wrapping presents}

SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOO…I was totally under the impression that this had been posted for me yesterday, I guess it didn’t. Sorry! Things are crazy right now; but I won’t bore you with lame excuses you don’t care about anyway.

On that note, here’s the posting I know you have been dying to read waiting impatiently for …just kidding you probably didn’t even noticed I hadn’t posted my regularly scheduled content!

Trying to wrap presents with kids is impossible hard never going to happen interesting… yeah we’ll go with interesting.

Finding the time to pull out all of the wrapping paper and the scissors and the tape and gift tags and the ribbon and, oh yeah, the gifts isn’t easy. And then to actually get wrapping done before the baby wakes up from nap or the older ones have realized your missing or the “What’s that I hear mommy? Why are you cutting paper?” coming from the other side of the door.

And even if I wait until after bed I still have to deal with the fact that my children never sleep and will be awake forever and will hear EVERY LITTLE THING I DO.

Not even exaggerating.

I have lost count of how many times either Little Miss or Cuddle Bug will yell down from the top of the stairs to ask why I’m eating their candy or why I’m moving dishes around or why I’m going in and out of the garage…

THEN, if by some miracle I do actually get presents wrapped I have to deal with the whole where am I keeping these until it’s actually Christmas Eve dilemma.

{wrapping presents} hidden presents

Luckily, my littles are still little enough to where this method of hiding actually works. I mean they know something is up there; but surprisingly they have yet to ask.

Maybe they just think it’s an oddly shaped pile of blankets?

I know we will not be able to keep using this method though…

Happy wrapping!

Well, there you have it, it’s been just another Manic Mom-day!

Where do you guys hide the presents?!
