{creating candy-less valentines}

With all of the classroom allergies these days isn’t it easier to just find non food related goodies for your little ones to take to school for holidays such as Valentine’s Day?

Here are five adorable, simple, and non food related ways you can share your love on Valentine’s Day.

ONE

{creating candyless valentines} rock monsters

With a cute, little caption of YOU ROCK! attached to these cute, little rock monster magnets these valentines are simple.

Things you will need…

To make these cute, little guys you need to paint the rocks and then let them dry. Once dry, you can super glue a magnet on to the back and the googly eyes on to the front. Once the glue is dry you can use you paint markers to draw on your mouth and some eyebrows or a nose. And you’re done! The best part is there are no rules to monsters – they can have eight eyes or one, they can have silly mouths and giant noses, it doesn’t matter! No pressure!

TWO

With a cute, little caption of COLOR ME HAPPY TO BE YOUR FRIEND you can send your littles to school with crayons for their friends.

Things you will need…

To make these colorful cards take some crayons you aren’t going to be gifting and write “COLOR ME HAPPY TO BE YOUR FRIEND” on the top of the index cards. Have your child sign their name on the bottom of the card. Then tape three crayons to the middle of the index card. And finished!

Things you will need…

Another simple valentine where all you need to do is make a sweet, little note and stick a bouncy ball into a treat bag.

So I totally messed up and didn’t get a finished picture of this one…I put it all together; but then the kids must have asked for their bouncy ball back and I thought I had snapped the photo. Living that mom life. But I think you guys get the idea…
